How to Get Started:

It's really very easy to work with me! Once you place your order on my website, you will be emailed a receipt of payment with detailed order information. You will then email me with your design information so that I can get you on my waiting list and begin asking you any questions before we start your project. Typically, it will take about 1-2 weeks to get started on your order provided that you are available via e-mail contact on a timely basis. I work via e-mail contact only because I keep all of your information on file. That way, when you send me an email with all of your ideas, changes, etc. for your project, I can file it and go back to the information weeks later if necessary and it is all right there.

Place Your Order
on our website and a receipt will be emailed to you upon payment. I require payment in full before I will begin working on your designs. If you have questions after placing your order simply email me and I will be glad to help you while you are on my waiting list. Typically, it will take 1-2 weeks before I can begin working on your project after your order is placed.

Email Your Information
to me as soon as you have it available after your purchase. Even though you will be on my waiting list, I will be creating your file for you and filing all information/ideas/photos that you sent to me for your order so that once it's your turn in line, it's all right there and I do not have to email you for information before I can start on your project. You should be emailing me all ideas, wording and information, photos, color choices, if it's a website I will need all of your links to be provided, etc.

Tips To Help
try to remember that I have a waiting list for a reason :) My designs are tedious and therefore very time-consuming. I take my time with designs and put my passion into my work to create lasting impressions for your business. Sending me email after email actually makes it much harder for me to work on your designs. If you could try to send only 1 email with ideas/changes/photos etc., I will work on your orders MUCH quicker and much more efficiently.

The Design Process:

1. We send 1 designs for your review
2. You email us changes (in ONE email please)
3. We send up to 3 revised versions of your design
Designing AFTER your 3 revisions are charged per change. Click here to see fees for changes.

*Needing Variations: different colors (color and B&W), addition/deletion of slogans and graphics, etc., there is a fee for each version of the design that you need (excluding the samedesign in different file types). Each different design, although it may seem like a simple change, does take time. Please ask for details.

Turn-Around Time:

Payments & Cancellations:

We accept Paypal, Credit Cards, and Money Orders. No personal checks.
Once placed, ALL orders are FINAL. No cancellations or returns on custom design, whatsoever.
